This was Concept Stadium's first request before starting design. Without a formal brand document, the website build risks inconsistency with the strong identity we have built together over two years of campaigns.

Over two years, we have built a deep understanding of the Liquigas Malta visual identity, tone, and creative direction through hundreds of campaign assets. This knowledge exists — it just has never been consolidated into a single document.
What we will deliver

Dedicated creative direction hours to ensure Concept Stadium's website build stays true to the brand.
We compile every asset, creative, and campaign produced for Liquigas Malta over the past two years. We identify the core visual and verbal identity patterns that define the brand.
We structure all brand elements into a professional, designed guidelines manual — ready for internal use and external sharing with any partner or vendor.
All brand assets organised and delivered: logo files in vector format, colour swatches, font files, and template examples — everything Fatih and the Concept Stadium team need.
As Concept Stadium progresses through design and development, we review key milestones to ensure the website reflects the documented brand identity accurately.

Payable 50% on sign-off, 50% on delivery of brand guidelines.
Does not include ongoing website consultancy. Additional hours available at €175/hr if needed.
All prices exclude 18% VAT. No hidden fees.

Phase 1 begins immediately upon sign-off. Assets can be shared with Concept Stadium within the first week.
Over 2 years of campaigns, we developed Liquigas Malta's digital visual identity from the ground up. No one else has this depth of knowledge.
We already have every asset and creative reference. A new agency would need months of discovery. We can deliver in weeks.
Without formal guidelines, every new vendor interprets the brand differently. This document ensures consistency across all touchpoints — now and in the future.
This is not a discovery exercise starting from scratch. It is a consolidation of two years of creative work into the definitive reference document for Liquigas Malta's brand identity.
Original logo files, any previous style guides or direction documents (even informal ones), corporate stationery templates. We will work with whatever exists and fill in the gaps.
One review session (30–45 minutes) to align on the brand positioning, tone, and any recent direction changes before we finalise the document.
A brief three-way introduction so we can coordinate directly with Fatih on asset handover and ongoing design reviews during the website build.
